Tempeh Holy Basil Stir Fry

Tempeh is packed with protein, and while it isn't our one true love, (obviously tofu), it is just as protein packed, amazing in stir fries and great for experimenting. Even if you haven't enjoyed tempeh up until now, I'd still recommend trying it. I didn't like tempeh until trying it about 20 times!
