Double Tofu Daal

Red lentils + silken tofu + super-firm tofu + nutritional yeast = Protein Powerhouse. This is one of our go to, super filling, high-protein meals. The silken tofu makes the sauce nice and creamy, then the super-firm tofu chunks make up the bulk of the protein (as well as the lentils, of course). We usually make up 6 portions of the daal, then air fry the super-firm tofu and cauliflower fresh each day that we’re having it, as it's nicer fresh. But that can be made all at once instead, if you prefer.
