Tofu Paratha with coriander chutney

The grated tofu makes for a really filling, satisfying paratha. We like them pretty big and dough-y, but you could split the dough into 6 and roll them a lot thinner if that’s how you like your paratha. Great served with our Rajma Masala or with coriander chutney - we've included our recipe for the chutney as our Tofu Club members, you only get the best!
