We chose to air fry our dumplings to reduce the amount of oil we used. They can also be shallow fried, which results in a more golden-brown finished dumpling. But if shallow frying, make sure to double-wrap the dumplings using 2 rice paper sheets because they're very fragile.

Had these for dinner tonight - made a quick and easy dresssing with some chilli crisp and lime juice. Added some pickles to the side for fun. So good!
