My husband and I thought these pancakes were very good. The texture is very soft/light. Next time I will blend my silken tofu first before adding other ingredients as whisking left lumps of tofu.

Greetings, I made these with Silken Tofu brand in USA and they were too runny. Can you recommend a tofu brand I can find in the states? Thank you!

Oh sorry to hear that Marlene! Have you got Mori Nu brand in the US? I know that one is widely available. We usually use Clearspring if you have that. How much silken tofu did you add? These pancakes do take a little longer to cook (on a lower heat) than regular pancakes but they don't usually come out runny. Let me know and I'll see if I can help!
