Sticky Holy Basil Balls

Sticky, spicy, and seriously addictive. These tofu balls are baked until golden and then glazed in a rich, holy basil sauce that hits the spot. Serve them over a bowl of fluffy brown rice for a simple, vibrant meal that brings a taste of Thailand straight to your kitchen.

Notes

This recipe uses holy basil, not Thai basil. The two are slightly different. Thai basil can be found in most supermarkets but holy basil is harder to find where we live in England. We actually bought a frozen pack from our local Asian supermarket. These freeze well and can be stored in the fridge for 3 days. Adjust the chili count to suit your spice level Nutritional information does not include rice, and the serving is 8 balls per person.
