We're so excited to share this one with you all - Pad krapow is Dan's favourite Thai dish! While it's traditionally very spicy with lots of bird's eye chillies and the peppery flavour of the holy basil, you can tone it down so that it's the spice level that you love.
While it would often use minced pork, we think that baking tofu and then rehydrating it in the sauce is the perfect alternative. And we hope you love it too...
