Holy Sweet Tofu! We stumbled across sweet tofu at the Asian supermarket and we were so intrigued. When we asked on our stories, everyone told us to make homemade ginger syrup to serve with it, and we so willingly obliged. Our Insta friends also let us know there are similar dishes from the Philippines - called Taho and it uses tapioca pearls, as well as tao fu fah from Malaysia.
