Adobo Beancurd Sticks

We're so excited to bring you this beancurd stick recipe! It's a slightly different tofu adjacent product that absorbs flavour just like regular tofu, but brings a completely different texture to the dish. Enjoy this exclusive recipe tofu fans and send us a message to let us know what you think to this! P.S. Beancurd sticks pack in a crazy 44g protein per 100g - so it is a great ingredient to use if you're working on your protein goals.

Notes

The peppercorns soften up during cooking and provide a fiery edge to the dish when you bite into them, but if you're not into that you can just use ground black pepper in place - start with 1 tsp and add more if you'd like. You can easily make this dish with beancurd sheets or regular tofu, rather than beancurd sticks.
