Add the tofu to a food processor with the garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, ground coriander, lemon zest, baking powder and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Pulse until combined but still with some texture.

Can you bake these falafel balls instead of frying?

Yes you can! We haven't tried this particular recipe in the oven, but with similar recipes we would bake on 190°C for around 20-25 minutes, turning each ball half way. ~Jess
