We used straight to wok noodles, so they didn't need to be cooked. Instead, we just cover them in hot water to loosen them, drain and then add to the broth. Veggies can be mixed up based on what you have or what you fancy! It also would work well with broccoli or mushrooms.

This is delicious! I didn't end up separating the veg out of the broth, but it didn't matter. The gochijang is a little spicy, but mostly is flavorful.
