Notes

- Break the lasagne sheets into halves or thirds before adding to the pot. You can swap for any other pasta if you'd rather not break up lasagne sheets! When adding to the pot, there's risk of them sticking together so be mindful that you're stirring them frequently. - A pinch of MSG adds depth, but you can also use a spoonful of miso instead, or omit altogether. - Keeps well for up to 3 days in the fridge. The pasta will soak up some of the liquid, so add a splash of stock or water when reheating. - Serve with crusty bread or garlic toast to scoop up all the rich tomato broth.

Added a little water to make it brothier. Delicious and will definitely make again, probably using a non-lasagna noodle as I didn’t care for the giant sheets of flat noodle.

I love your presentation! I know what you mean - this one sucks up the water so quickly, we did also make it with just pasta rather than lasagne sheets and it does work well both ways! And tbh, it also removes the need to check on the sheets because they can stick together when cooking this one. Love seeing your creations 😍 ~ Jess
