If you want to slice your tofu, we'd recommend using firm silken tofu as it's a bit more stable. If you have one nearby, we'd definitely suggest getting some fresh silken tofu from your local Asian supermarket. But if not, the shelf-stable kind is fine too!

A slight variation - didn’t have any spring onions! Absolutely delicious 😁

It was great - will def make again. The dressing was out of this world, I’ve made more to have with dinner. Not sure what dinner is actually going to be, but I’d say there’ll be more tofu involved!
