Baked Gyoza in Creamy Curry Broth

The viral gyoza bake just got the tofu treatment - and it’s perfect for cosy autumn lunches. The broth is creamy, spicy and full of flavour, with silken tofu blended right in. And don’t worry, there’s even more tofu hiding in the dumplings too! Easy, comforting, packed with 25g protein per portion and guaranteed to hit the spot.

Fried off some vegetables and added them to the pan with the gyoza and mixed in some coconut milk in the sauce. With those addition it’s a 5/5, and I’ve made it three times.

Amazing! We have also added in veg and I love doing that too. What veggies did you use? I like a bit of broccoli or pak choi in it! ~Jess 💕

That’s funny, I actually added tenderstem broccoli and pak choi too, in addition to paprika, onion, tomatoes, spinach and edamame.

Easy and yummy. Perfect meal after a long, hard day. I did add brocollini on a whim
